• Retailers unaware of new energy standards

• Unable to track and monitor retailers using legal compulsory display and use of the Energy efficiency Labels, on all major appliances

• No customer awareness around new energy saving appliances

Capability

LGIT helped more than 750 retailers focus on changing the selling behaviour. They now have a different conversation with the customer and don't push product, but demonstrate savings and total running costs, when buying an appliance with an efficiency label.

Results

There was a significant increase in energy consumption awareness.  Customers made better decisions to reduce their carbon emissions associated with use of household appliances.
