Through hands-on practice, you will create, edit and apply special effects to images and text that can be prepared for various uses such as print and marketing materials, presentations, websites, eLearning and digital apps.

Module 1: Get Started
Photoshop interface and work area, open, save, close images, pan, zoom in and out, undo mistakes.
Module 2: Image Transformation
Resize, crop, straighten and expand.
Module 3: Working with Layers
Understanding layers, creating new layers, duplicating, ordering, deleting layers, layer opacity, transforming layers, placing images as layers, locking, unlocking hiding and grouping.
Module 4: Adjusting Image Quality
Brightness, contrast, vibrance, hue, saturation and applying these adjustments using adjustment layers.
Module 5: Selection
Selecting, deselecting, selection tools, inverting selections, adding to selection, removing parts of a selection and fine-tuning selections.
Module 6: Retouching
Removing imperfections, small objects, cloning objects and removing large objects.
Module 8: Geometry
Adding text, editing text, font selection, paragraph and text options, adding shapes and editing shapes.

Add texture, objects and layer masks.
