Natascha founded LGIT Smart Solutions in 2000. She takes care of business development, and running the show. Her passion is uplifting people, business, and community.

Warren helps with business development, and matching corporate learning solutions to customers' needs.  He is an experienced Sales Pitch Master™ Facilitator.

Carolien takes care of invoicing, payments, customer enquiries, manages customer internship programmes, and coordinates onsite training. She also handles our HR requirements.

Shantal coordinates operations and training, attends to customer enquiries, manages training projects, and ensures the ship sails. She is dedicated, reliable and worries way too much!

Zethembiso takes care of on-premise IT, student lab support, graphic design, video editing, and social media marketing.  He is creative, and has an amazing "classic with a hint of retro" style.

Tash coordinates online ILT training project, grade assignments, support students, and helps with events. In addition, Tash is our B-BBEE specialist. She is a steadfast and diligent coordinator.

Mavis takes care of student support. She is also a Microsoft Office Suite instructor, and facilitates some business skills courses. She helps develop our Social Projects. Passionate about people!

Mimi is our financial specialist.  Manages and keeps track of all aspects in the bookkeeping field. She ls originally from Romania, and delights us with her cultural perspective.

Gladys always greets you with a warm smile. She handles reception, general admin, and COVID compliance. We love her nurturing nature.

Tshego assists in reception, general admin, projects, and basic IT support.  She is eager to learn, graceful, soft-spoken and helpful.  She is a talented singer too!

Themba is a ray of sunshine - always positive and able.  He manages customer relationships, acquires new business, and aligns learning solutions to organisational needs.

Farai is LGIT's developer. He is a qualified and experienced HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, C#, ASP and MVC trainer.  He also delivers SQL Server, Azure, and Power Platform courses.

Nayan specialises in Infrastructure and Cloud Technologies.. He is our Azure Infrastructure, M365, Exchange and System Center instructor. He has been training for LGIT over a decade.

Gideon is an African cyborg with a sense of humour. He is a maestro in the technology landscape.  You name it, he knows it. So, he is either a cyborg, or he has a neuro-link to the matrix.

Ryan is a Jedi, moving code with is mind!  He can deliver any MS Technology training.  However, his passion is Azure development, Machine Learning and AI, and Big Data. He is based in Australia.

Andre is based in the UK, and has vast experience as a developer trainer.  He is a master in coding with C# and ASP.  His skills have expanded to Cyber Security and Ethical Hacking.

Johan is a certified and experienced trainer in Visual Studio, SQL Server, Business Intelligence, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and Azure. His favourite saying is: "Yes, hundreds".

Pieter is a maverick in Azure Technologies.  His experience spans over a decade as an Azure Architect and Consultant.  He is also passionate about AI and Big Data.

Rob is an interesting man!  He is a singer and songwriter, and has degrees in Marketing Communication and Music.  He is our Marketing & Branding instructor.

Jackie is our Excel expert.  She delivers training for all Microsoft Office applications.  She truly loves interacting with, and inspiring students.

Cathy delivers training on Microsoft Office.  She loves photography and traveling, and is our go-to instructor for onsite training delivery across the country.

Chanelle is a specialist in English Education, as well as a Demartini Method® Facilitator

Lesa delivers Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Leadership workshops.  She brings heart and action learning tools into her workshops.

Robin is a Life Strategist and Business Consultant. He delivers courses in Values Determination using The Demartini Method®. His telos in life is finding solutions to challenges.

Chintan Patel is the Microsoft Certified Trainer Regional Lead for Southern Africa, a Microsoft Office subject matter expert, Microsoft technical trainer and consultant. Apart from Microsoft, he delivers CompTIA courses like ITF+, A+ and Data+ as well as the IC3 GS6 Digital Literacy courses. He is also a Certiport proctor.

Terry is a qualified MCT - Microsoft Certified Trainer. In addition to training MS Office products, she is a presentation skills and public speaking coach. Terry spent 366 days traveling around the world with her 9-year old daughter.
